Zenotalent is approaching talent sourcing from a different angle. It is based on finding best talent, proactively, independently of "direct" or "immediate" demands from the companies. By identifying, selecting and cultivating that right talent, we can promote the right people to the right employers when those specific openings come. Working with this model, long term requirements from both employers and candidates can be identified upfront, independently, unbiased. Accordingly, the greatest advantage is that candidates will not "force-to-fit” a specific profile, job offer or even location. They define what they like for their life and career, and the match comes just after that, powered by the networking in between Zenotalent and the employers. Conditioned approaches will be minimised, and only true interests from candidates will come to the surface, saving time and money for everybody. Yet, the process does not end in the recruitment flow. In parallel, cultivation of talent is taken care of. Zenotalent also empower candidates, by providing them with tools that complement their career background and leverage new skills.
