Zentra Group plc is a UK-listed residential property company specialising in residential development, development management, and property management across the North of England. Originally founded in 2019, we deliver high-quality housing in areas of genuine demand — with a focus on regeneration, long-term value creation, and community impact. Since inception, we’ve delivered over £45 million in completed developments and secured planning for major schemes, including a 542-unit project with a GDV in excess of £200 million. In addition to delivering our own projects, Zentra acts as Development Manager for partners on complex residential schemes, offering planning, design coordination, and delivery oversight. Our Property Management division supports long-term stewardship and tenant experience across our portfolio.
