We specialize in radiation testing including heavy ion, proton, Co-60, neutron. Evaluate radiation effects such as single-event effects (SEE), total-ionizing dose (TID), displace damage (DD). We have experience testing various devices and circuit types consisting including FPGAs, SoCs, microprocessors, microcontrollers, NAND flash, DDR SDRAM, ADC, DC/DC converters, power MOSFETs, etc. Quick turnaround for complex devices and systems. We've supported NASA, primes, commercial LEO, SmallSat, etc. Our radiation-tolerant product portfolio includes upscreened radiation qualified logic ICs and discrete BJTs. They've been qualified for SEL immunity to minimum LET of 37 MeV-cm2/mg.
