For that they selected their best red wine, "In Signo Leonis," that was recently awarded 98 Falstaff points and ventured into uncharted territory pushing the boundaries of innovation. To preserve the authentic noble aromas of the wine, Patrick and Katja use vacuum distillation and a patented aroma recovery method. The result?
