About Zhouyu Martial Arts Academy
Bringing Ancient practices into the modern world. It is a traditional ancient Tai Chi form, adapted to be learned and used in today’s modern world. Allowing practitioners of all ages / abilities to be able to learn and practice quickly. The system focuses on both the health and well being aspect of Tai Chi, and the very effective martial, self defence aspect which is all too easily forgotten in the majority of western Tai Chi teachings, Instructor Kevin Cane has over 17 years martial arts experience, having studied, Kung Fu, Tai Chi, Ninjitsiu, Jujitsiu, Krav Maga and Muay Thai Boxing. His studies have taken him all over the world, learning from some of the very best in the world, including Shaolin Warrior Monks and Wudang Priests in China, and Silat masters in Indonesia. Instructor Kevin Cane has been awarded the Martial Arts Illustrated Hall of Fame Student Award for 2017, and UK Martial Arts Show Hall of Fame Award 2019.
