Welcome to ZnS Sweets and Novelities, Co-foundered by Uzair Gardee. I approached a candy importer, manufacturer and distributor- ZnS Sweets - who had a retail store in a rural township that was failing to turn profits and was looking to shut its retail devision down. I approached them with a plan and proposal to keep retail division running, but instead later reorganised the entire business model to ensure chain responsibility. The new origanizational structure allowed for company to run consistently with constant upgrades in products and promotions.
