About Zone Positive

Our program, Positivity At Work, consists of eight workshops designed to raise the level well being and productivity in your workplace. While some clients book all eight workshops, other clients pick and choose from among the topics and tailor a program for their organizations’ specific needs. During each interactive two-hour workshop, we discuss the definition, criteria, and benefits associated with the Positivity at Work topic. Through a series of exercises and discussions, participants practice the application of that workshop's focus. And finally, each participant sets a goal and an action plan to put the topic into practice, in both their personal and professional lives. About our Team: Betsy Ludlow and Lee K. Bohlen met in 2008 while attending the University of Pennsylvania’s Masters in Applied Positive Psychology program. After completing their studies, Betsy founded Zone Positive, an online learning platform that provides the benefits of positive psychology to professionals in the fields of business, education, health care, and coaching. Lee K. became a member of the Penn Resiliency Program team led by resilience expert Dr. Karen Reivich, delivering programs to the US Army, the University of Texas, and schools in Australia. Betsy is an MBA graduate of The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and spent 20 years at American Express, most recently as Senior Vice President of Marketing for the Corporate Card Division. After leaving Amex, Betsy spent eight years building and selling a 180-unit franchise business in the fitness industry. Lee K., an Executive and Life Coach, has been guiding business professionals toward improving their leadership presence, organizational abilities and communication skills for over 20 years. Reuniting in 2015, Betsy and Lee K. combined their talents to create Positivity at Work with an aim to help teams thrive and to assist organizations in building a flourishing work culture.
