About Zoop Finance

Zoop is a registered credit provider in South Africa, serving our customers with access to short-term loans - Engagement with Zoop is simple with mobile apps and supported by a team of independent Zoop Loan Agents. We aim to become the preferred credit provider to small and medium-sized companies that provide salary advances to their employees, taking the administrative burden away from managing further advances to their staff and ensuring lending to these employees are properly managed and reported to the relevant credit bureaux according to the requirements of the National Credit Act nr 34 of 2005. Our Mission: Zoop Financial Services wants to make micro loans accessible to the employee, giving them access to a mobile and digital application process and all the associated benefits of access to off premise lending. We have a team of agents who will work with the loan applicant to ensure an easy and effortless personal engagement. We aim to make lending a less time-consuming process, and limiting work time interruption to the minimum through the use of mobile applications and personal face-to-face agent interaction.
