About Zumba With Patty and the Chicks

I have been in the fitness field for over 18 years. I have a group fitness and personal training background and also instruct aerobic/step, group fitness, Body Blast from teens to the young at heart. My passion for aerobic dance has brought me to the next level---ZUMBA, AQUA ZUMBA, ZUMBA TONING , ZUMBA GOLD, ZUMBA GOLD TONING and CHAIR ZUMBA. Modifications are made available for the active older adult, the beginner participant and other special populations. Please call me prior to class so we may go over the modifications. I am a grandmother to 6 grandsons and 2 granddaughters and have an enormous amount of strength and energy. Even my 7 year old grandson is addicted to ZUMBA!!!! ZUMBA has made this all possible. Watching their bodies transform right before our eyes! l Iove what I do and love to hear the ladies hoot and holler along with me! ZUMBA is great for the mind, body and soul!!!! OUR GROUP IS AWESOME!! Fitness fads, programs have come and gone---but I am here to stay to help YOU reach YOUR fitness goals one STEP at a time. Corporate, Group and Birthday Party times available.
