ZV has a logical-mathematical approach to the human system, which through various evaluations will be analyzed as an equation, looking for the variables and unknowns that make its movement functionality incomplete. Just as a racing car needs continuous tuning and new development every year, so too the athlete needs the same attention. The more refined the car is, the more work it will require for its maintenance; in the same way, the more the athlete will level up, the more complex will be his physical preparation, the related personalized programming and the effort to reduce as much as possible musculoskeletal dysfunctions. Let us get specific. When we talk about physical preparation, we are talking about specific sport performance and ability; the foundation of performance capacity is based on fine motor skills (strength, speed, endurance, etc.), but first of all we must be able to count on an efficient movement system. To be defined effective, the movement must not waste energy. This is our goal, our mission: to achieve optimal movement. ASSESS We will start from an analysis of the movement in order to understand the efficiency of the "machine" that we will be working on, thus delineating a logical and well-defined framework. OSTEOPATH: Postural evaluation of the individual, to research and correct the causes that create limitations on the locomotor system; S&C: Postural assessment of the individual through joint angles and myofascial activations CORRECT We will act to correct, where necessary, the dysfunctional movement, in order to obtain a balanced system ready for conditional or technical training. OSTEOPATH: free joint, irrigate tissues and release myofascial and visceral structures; S&C: Reactivates muscles, connects kinetic chains, Restores elasticity to myofascial structures PERFORM The levels of strength, endurance and speed will be tested to set the programming tailored to the individual and the required performance model.
