About 10 Point Consulting
Canberra-based IT recruitment company. We charge a $5 flat commission for our contracts, and all fees are fully disclosed. This means the contractor gets more in their pocket and is budget-friendly to the client at the same time. We also provide all payroll services for contractors at 1.5% of your hourly rate. This is one of the best value payrolls around. If you refer someone to us and they get a role through us, we will pay $2000 as a referral fees (T&C apply) Also, we do not put a restraint clause on our contracts, this way you are free to leave with no conditions if you find a better deal. Why is it essential to be budget-friendly and have a low charge-out rate for the client/government department? 1) You have a better chance of getting selected for an interview. If the client has several suitable applicants with the same skills and experience, then they will probably select the ones with a lower charge-out rate for an interview. 2) When it comes to contract extensions and budget cuts looming, your employer will probably look at cutting the contractors with a higher charge-out rate.
