2oddballs is more than just a company: it’s a philosophy. At 2oddballs we don’t believe in normal. We don’t do dull. We don’t build boring. We won’t have humdrum and we definitely won’t write wishy-washy (say that ten times fast!). We run our business from our home office here in Springfield, MO. However, our goal is to build a socially responsible, employee-responsive and client-centered business not limited by buildings or borders. While most of our clients are here in the Ozarks, we do have clients in Alaska, Canada, and North Carolina. Our employees are free to work from home, and we emphasize the quality and completion of work over where and when the work is done. We’re more than just goofy jokes and marketing. We’re part of a new generation of companies. We’ve set out to help build a better world one employee, one client, one business transaction at a time. We believe the business world is changing and that’s okay.
