About AA Consulting Services

AA Consulting Services, PLLC is a new startup engineering company located in Manassas, Virginia. Founded in 2013, the company is owned by Allan Anderson, P.E. and was created when he had to go on long-term disability due to a severe case of Lyme disease. Mr. Anderson has used this "down time" to create an engineering consulting practice that uses the latest engineering practices and software to provide high quality planning, design and environmental management products and services. Allan is a professional engineer, licensed by the Commonwealth of Virginia to provide environmental engineering services. He has over 35 years of engineering experience, including 14 years as an Army Corps of Engineers officer, and 21 years as a Defense Contractor and Department of the Army civilian, including management of the Energy and Environment Program for a Major Army Command with over 180 sites worldwide. As a new startup small business, our focus is on smaller engineering projects at the local level as well as providing subcontracting engineering support to larger firms. AA Consulting Services, PLLC has been awarded the Bronze Level Certification in the Virginia Values Veterans Program for our commitment to hire and retain military veterans and transitioning National Guard and Reservists.
