Mr. Moe Chaouni, an entrepreneurial educator and igniter in language training, founded ABCE Language School Inc. in 1995 to respond to the urgent need for superior language education here in the Ottawa region. The name, ABCE, is derived from the letters used to designate language levels achieved on rigorous evaluations within the Public Service and the Canadian Government. Over the years, ABCE has grown and holds a significant presence within the language learning field, here in Ottawa, including a Pathway Agreement with Algonquin College. We have established a solid history in teaching government employees and international students from a wealth of countries situated across the world’s continents. ABCE is committed to helping learners achieve their objectives from the moment of contact.
