About ABSee Me

Children of color account for more than 50% of the U.S. child population, yet teachers and caregivers still struggle to find educational materials that reflect their culturally diverse learners. Founded by a former teacher and curriculum specialist, ABSee Me is a minority-owned business with two goals in mind: 1) Create educational resources that make learning fun, relevant, and relatable for children of color. 2) Empower pre-k and elementary schools to establish a culture that values diversity and inclusion. Our early learning games, puzzles, and classroom materials incorporate the culture and lived experiences of Black and brown learners - which research shows can boost engagement, motivation, and achievement! Best of all, kids love seeing characters that look like them or their classmates as they learn through play! From our Black culture-themed Alphabet Puzzles to our 90’s Hip-Hop Counting Dominoes, our culturally responsive teaching resources create equity for children from diverse backgrounds and encourage all learners to adopt an open-minded, multicultural perspective.
