AccessKey IP AccessKey IP was founded to participate in the explosive growth of digital communications and entertainment related services. Through our patented technology, we developed the ability to deliver HDTV quality content to both the home and PC environment utilizing our AccessKey technology. AccessKey combines a PC, home audio player, media storage device, residential Internet gateway, and telephone, all in one unit. Basically, the unit functions as a normal cable box, but AccessKey merges cable TV, Internet access and telephone use. That same system used to surf channels can also be used to surf the Internet, play games and other services. Connecting with the Internet service via DSL or cable modem also allows the unit to provide Voice over IP (VoIP) access. A camera may be attached for videoconferencing. These systems are designed to provide total support for present desired features and features added in the future. With the AccessKey technology, the systems can provide for triple play, quadruple play, music, games and secure data storage. TeknoCreations (Subsidiary) TeknoCreations, Inc., a Nevada corporation, was founded to participate in consumer electronics and business security needs. TeknoCreations designs high quality products with attractive pricing to enhance the consumer’s favorite electronics product and the expanding security needs of corporate America. The focus of the company will be to sell products wholesale; through Distributors and direct to Retailers, Etailers and DMRs (Direct Market Retailers). TeknoCreations began marketing and selling InCharge products in July 2008.
