About ACD® Grow Live disCover
ACD (Aluminium Constructie Develtere) is a Belgian manufacturer of hobby greenhouses and garden rooms. Our company, established in Roeselare, offers a complete garden experience, allowing you to enjoy your garden and the outdoors throughout the year. ACD was incorporated by Cristof Develtere in 1986, in part thanks to the entrepreneurial skills of his father and famous Roeselare heating engineer Gustaaf Develtere. Cristof’s brother Lieven joined the company later on, and a third generation is now working at our company in the person of Lieven’s son Willem. Our family business has now grown into a flourishing workplace for 45 employees with our own workshop and experience showroom. Our greenhouses built are popular throughout Europe and even internationally. ACD is a market leader in Benelux and France, and has gained a foothold in Scandinavia, Iceland, Germany, Switzerland and Eastern Europe. Our company has created a network of a thousand external distributors and certified engineers for its greenhouses. Thanks to our product and communication, ACD offers an answer to our quest for sustainability, better food and a longer healthy life. We realise this through our own channels, an extensive distributor network, and numerous international ambassadors such as Angelo Dorny, Tom le Jardinier, De Moestuin Van Sofie, Els Deschepper, Gewoon Greetje, Madame ZsaZsa, Mijn Moestuin Mijn Passie and Stefanie Van de Griendt.
