We’re a locally owned and operated agency that delivers insurance and risk management solutions in Northeastern Iowa. We’ve served individuals, families, and businesses for more than thirty five years and as a result we have local knowledge and industry insights that enable us to deliver the best solutions and to deliver these solutions quickly and efficiently. Our motto is ‘your protection is our priority,’ and we live this motto with every product and service we provide. Our insurance programs are both personal and commercial and have a wide range. On the personal side we offer home, auto, and health (including Medicare) and for commercial insurance we have an all-encompassing business program. This program covers any business’s general needs and when combined with any of our industry-specific programs, covers all needs. Farm, daycare, and church are some of our industry-specific programs. Our approach to finding the right solutions is one of in-depth consultations and strategic coverage selections. We discuss your needs and goals with you in great depth and then help you find coverage's that meet your needs. We optimize your policy based on your desired rates, limits, and deductibles and once a policy is written we regularly maintain the policy and provide ongoing support. If and when a claim is filed, we advocate for you and help you achieve a suitable solution. To keep your costs low, we help manage risk. We’re also involved in the communities we serve and we consider this an opportunity to give back. We’re members of the Rotary Club, The Elks, The Charles City Chamber of Commerce and our owner is the accident prevention and insurance committeewoman for the Northeast Iowa district of the Iowa Elks. These roles help us make our service areas better places to live and work.
