Since leaving Belmont at the end of 2020, I have strengthened my reach to Connect, Engage, and Collaborate with the communities that I have come to know, appreciate, and care for over the past 20 years. My primary aim is to be a catalyst for growth in the professional and academic communities that I know best … Software Developers and Data Professionals (Analysts, Engineers, and Scientists). Preparing students throughout my academic journey for careers in Software Development, Data Analytics, and Data Science, I’ve been fortunate to have developed strong, lasting, and trusted relationships across the software development and data communities of Nashville and Middle Tennessee. My energy in the classroom has incorporated a love for connecting my students with industry in a way that matches their skills, drives, and personalities with a career in which they can thrive, grow, and be challenged.
