About Active Horizons
Active Horizons is an award winning set out to raise the voice and engagement of young people aged 10-25 years living in London. Achieved through delivering flagship program of Youth Leadership, Entrepreneurship Mentoring and Creativity. We support young people to develop the ability to make informed choices in life and encourage participation in programmes and services related to their wellbeing. We foster a collective voice and currently at least 300 young people benefit directly from the project each year. We offer activities aimed at promoting self-development, diversity and making positive contributions towards community development. We also have a focus on tackling youth unemployment, reducing isolation and engaging disabled young people.
