Active Pilates is an innovative Pilates studio that is located in Geraldton, WA. Our classes are custom designed to address your personal fitness level, ability, age and your busy schedule. Our instructors are qualified by Polestar Pilates Australia - a worldwide Pilates education provider focusing on a rehabilitation curriculum. Polestar's repertoire has a solid foundation for Pilates mat classes including small apparatus (thera-band, magic circle and Swiss ball). All classes are conducted on a mat and can be modified, as necessary. Before starting, we set aside time to understand your fitness goals and also your movement limitations. On your first visit, we’ll recommend a Pilates Fitness Assessment that will provide us with insight into your body strength and range of motion to ensure that the exercises we’ll use are appropriate for your needs. Our highly qualified instructors have broad experience across different sports and can easily relate to the sports you love.
