About Aesop Spice Company

Aesop Spice Company is a purveyor of extremely fresh spices to the foodservice industry. Our institutional size packages are sold through several foodservice distributors. Aesop Spice was inspired by a conversation with Russ White at Molly's Landing. I approached him with the proposition of buying freshly ground spices at a price that was comparable to what he was currently buying. His response was "I am all in, I am so tired of buying dust off the back of a truck." After bringing in the freshly ground product to sample, the first Aesop Spice customer was on board. With 6 spices brought in for the first customer, Aesop Spice was off and running to start a "Fresh Spice" movement. Currently we have 31 spices in foodservice size packaging. Near term plans are to grind weekly to meet demand, giving our customers the freshest spices possible. Making our slogan of "Fresh Ground, not Finely Aged" even more meaningful.
