Aftercare Nursing Services is an employee-owned, locally-operated provider of medical and non-medical home care services and is one of Western New York’s premier healthcare providers. Every member of our team is committed to achieving our mission of providing high quality, client-centered health every day. In 1989 a group of seasoned healthcare professionals joined together to create a new way of looking at Home Health Services — namely, to “Do the Right Thing”. Fast-forward thirty years and Aftercare Nursing Services is the only local agency that is employee-owned and has a dual commitment to our clients and to our staff. Aftercare was recognized as one of the largest Home Health Care agencies by Buffalo Business First in 2020. Aftercare is committed to providing superior quality and unparalleled customer service in all aspects of our business. The success of Aftercare is dependent upon how well we operate as a unified team.
