About Agile Coaching Waves (ACSTH-Agile Coaching Development Program)

Agile Coaching Waves is the Agile Coaching development school to create a learning environment in the organization's cultural transformation. Understanding humans and nudging the change-behavior in people during the transition to set up a new culture is the main focus. We train and coach the Agile Coaches, Agility Masters, and Agile Leaders to build the bridge between the existing ecosystem and the desired one through deepening coaching skills. Therefore we are passionate about supporting individuals and teams to adopt change with new ways of working via agile practices and mindset to unleash their full potential. The coaching approach of the Agile Coaching Waves program is based on many psychology-based approaches such as systems theory, positive psychology, behavioral and social psychology. Because of the critical importance of self-management in coaching, the learning journey of the program starts with a journey to the self; the coach getting to know and understand himself/herself. In this way, the coach develops empathy for how others might feel as they get to know themselves. This is followed by a relational journey and a journey with the team. The coach, who understands others through himself/herself, gains the skills to work and collaborate in all kinds of relationship systems and teams. At Agile Coaching Waves, the building blocks of our basic philosophy are "understanding people". We know that creating an environment of psychological safety is the foundation of any relationship system. It is possible to manage the resistances that occur in change and transformation processes, to enable individuals and teams to realize their potential, and to make transformation sustainable with Agile coaching. For this reason, a coaching development program has been designed to understand each individual's own values, feelings and thoughts, motivation sources, concerns, negative thought cycles, and inner leader voice.
