AHP Servicing purchases non-performing mortgages from lenders and then offers struggling homeowners options to modify or pay off their loan at a discount to the original loan amount. We have offered consensual solutions to families in 49 states and Puerto Rico. Almost 900 investors have crowdfunded over $33 million to support AHP’s efforts.
