About AIRAID.agency
We see an inevitable future where AI is used to enable almost every element of how businesses operate. However, we also see a painful path to getting there...where FOBFO (fear of being found out) causes most companies to publicly proclaim inflated AI capabilities. In reality, we expect poor implementation of AI to created huge collateral costs as staff and customers actively revolt against it, and businesses realize they've created a fragile collection of isolated tools that fail because they are built on flawed processes. Our goal is to help companies remain human-centric in an increasingly AI-first world. AIRAID is building a cooperative of companies that combines resources to figure this out faster than the competition. We have a three-step approach to the successful integration of AI: 1. STRUCTURE EXPERIMENTATION: For the foreseeable future, AI needs an R&D approach. We're all learning how to find practical applications of quickly evolving capabilities. And, we're all realizing that many of our existing processes and procedures aren't ready for AI. 2. COORDINATED TOOLKIT: There is a huge risk around operating a business on isolated tools, either built by internal "AI experts" or bought through one-off external solutions. Our goal is to translate what we learn from experimentation into enterprise-grade tools that are built on stable and coordinated ownership and incentive for continual upgrades and improvement. 3. OPERATOR SUPPORT: As AI takes over more tasks, companies need to determine "who should do what work?" Success will come to companies that appropriately reskill their existing staff and know when to offload the operation of more AI-enabled activities to lower-cost resources. In other words, companies will be at a significant disadvantage when they are overpaying "experts" to manually perform tasks that the competition has automated...or they are turning motivated people into miserable babysitters of systems. www.airaid.agency
