AJS Compliance Ltd can provide SHEQ assistance to SME businesses throughout the UK. We pride ourselves in providing a personal service and enjoy building up a long lasting relationship with our ever expanding client base. Our most popular service is to provide health and safety competent person support to a wide range of clients in accordance with the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999. All companies must have access to competent health and safety advice. Where this cannot be provided internally within the company, you may appoint an external consultant to provide this level of support, advice and guidance. We have a number of set packages to suit your needs, or can bespoke a package to meet your exact needs. Many companies also either wish to achieve ISO 9001, 14001 or 18001 accreditation standard, but then often find the on-going maintenance of these standards, in relation to internal auditing, to be very time consuming and a drain on internal resources. We assist our clients by undertaking some or all of the auditing of their existing systems, and supporting them through their annual external UKAS accredited assessments. We have specialist knowledge in construction safety and have a number of construction related clients, either as Principal Contractors, Sub-contractors, Clients, or Principal Designers. We regularly undertake construction site health and safety compliance audits and inspections, creating reports and recommendations for improvement. Another area of specialist knowledge we have is in the asbestos sector. Our Managing Director, Andy Stones, has previously been an on-site safety adviser on one of the largest asbestos removal projects in Europe and has also been the internal Health and Safety Manager of one of the country's largest asbestos analytical companies before moving into the consultancy role.
