Hotel operator with passion and specialist in restructuring management Since 1987 we have been operating hotels in Berlin and throughout Germany in our own name and for third parties, both in the luxury segment and in the economy segment. We own hotel properties ourselves or act as hotel operators in the form of lease or hybrid contracts, franchisees, managers or interim managers on behalf of third parties. In addition, we act as consultants and service providers in a wide variety of hotel areas. We have experience in changing operators, taking over operations as well as short-term and long-term management contracts. Over the years we have specialized in particular in the restructuring of hotels in cooperation with banks, investors, lawyers and administrators. The hotel operations are analyzed and evaluated by us according to market and location conditions, economic indicators, strategies and potential. The developed concept not only enables the company to better position itself on the market, but also to optimize all processes and cost structures as well as to classify the product in a long-term forecast in order to survive in the long term. Numerous hotel businesses have been successfully restructured or refurbished by our group of companies in this way and a number of jobs and training positions have been preserved.
