About Alchemical Kinnections Integrative Therapy

Alchemical Kinnections provides sexuality, gender and ability affirmative psychotherapy, coaching, and wellness retreats for people across the spectrum of human sexuality, genders, and ability levels. Additionally, I provide inclusion training and consultation services for businesses looking to become safer, healthier, more equitable places of employment for gender variant and disabled professionals. My coaching uses whole-person, solution focused, empowerment based approaches to supporting clients in the advancement of their goals. I believe that our mental and physical health are inextricably connected and that there is no discrete separation between our professional, social, and personal well-being. As such, I have endeavored to become proficient at helping people improve conditions across multiple life domains with the overarching goal of achieving greater balance, self-actualization, and general happiness. As each of us has been subject to different experiences and life circumstances that have lead us to function (whether temporarily or habitually) at different locations on the hierarchy of needs, I believe that there is a way to help everyone if you meet them where they are and help them figure out how to get to where they need to be.
