In 2018, after 25+ years working her way up the ladder, Laurie Shen exited her corporate career in consulting and financial services and founded ALLIA Consulting, LLC. Her vision is to deliver bottom-line results without the cost of “big consulting” fees. ALLIA provides internal audit and operational risk consulting services to growing businesses who struggle with managing operations and want to solve their problems without slowing down their business. What separates our services from others is that we work with the client and their team to structure and develop a collaborate approach to solving their issues.
