The majority of our Alma Management team have worked over decades in Italy and internationally, for leading brands and iconic hotels. Many were core members of the Rocco Forte pre-opening team, who remained for years to grow the business into stabilisation and established positioning of the hotels. Our team provides owners with the full range of hotel management services and extensive expertise to drive business and cost synergies in your hotel. Alma management will be leading operations including food and beverage, wellbeing and sustainability practices, sales, marketing, revenue management, reservations and financial control.We believe authenticity, wellbeing and sustainability are increasingly important value drivers in operations and investments and we walk and talk about these principles to create further value.
