About Anant
Anant Enterprises was formed through a partnership between Dr. Deepak Gangahar and Kirti (Kirt) Trivedi. The main functions of Anant Enterprises are real estate development, operations management, and construction. Dr. Deepak Gangahar led a prominent cardiac surgical practice in Lincoln and Omaha for 35 years. He is the Co-Founder and Developer of the Nebraska Heart Institute and Nebraska Heart Hospital, where he served as President until his retirement from medical practice in April 2015. Dr. Gangahar was appointed Chair of the TeamMates Board of Directors on January 1, 2021, where he continues to serve today. Kirt Trivedi grew up in Pueblo, CO, and has extensive experience in the construction and hospitality industries. His first private development occurred in McCook, NE, in 2000. Since then, Kirt has developed assets with Wyndham, Hilton, IHG, Marriott, and Starwood. Dr. Gangahar and Kirt Trivedi began their partnership in 2006. Their personal and professional relationship is founded on Anant’s core pillars: Honesty, Loyalty, Transparency, and Passion for their work.
