Prior to founding Anthony, Linder & Cacomanolis, PLLC, Ms. Anthony served as Chief Legal Counsel for a national investment banking firm and Nasdaq broker dealer with over 200 employees. Ms. Anthony is recognized throughout small and mid-cap cap industry as the creator and author of www.SecuritiesLawBlog.com. She is also the producer and host of LawCast.com, Corporate Finance in Focus. Ms. Anthony is an honors graduate from Florida State University College of Law and has been practicing law since 1993. Ms. Anthony is on the Legislative & Regulatory Affairs division committee of CfPA, the Crowdfunding Professional Association and is on the Board of Directors of the American Red Cross Palm Beach and Martin County Chapter. She currently resides in Palm Beach with her husband and daughter.
