ARCH & TECO is an integrated full-service architecture and engineering group, founded in 1976, with offices in Ghent, Brussels, Jabbeke and Tielt. As a progressive multidisciplinary firm, ARCH & TECO specializes in every study and consulting part of the construction process: architecture, urban planning, engineering and asset management. The firm operates as a one stop shop, where all construction-related studies and advice can be carried out in-house, and offered to the client as a total package. The open organizational structure and the integration of the different patterns of knowledge, skills and experience thereby guarantee a multidisciplinary and holistic approach, which finaly facilitates the success of each project. All parts of ARCH & TECO have extensive experience with both public and private clients. They are well acquainted with the functioning and decision-making processes of the Belgian public services, from municipal to national level. The working method, expertise and multidisciplinarity of ARCH & TECO is also the ideal foundation for 'DBFM’ - constructions, as well as for setting up and managing 'PPP’. For its broad portfolio of quality services, ARCH & TECO can rely on a interdependent team of over one hundred dedicated urban planners, (civil engineer) architects and restoration architects, (civil) engineers, project managers, consultants, draughtsmen and other technical and administrative staff. In May 2003, all business units of ARCH & TECO obtained the ISO 9001 quality management certificate for the first time. This certificate has been successfully renewed consistently since then; always in accordance with the latest ISO 9001 standards. ARCH & TECO's internal organizational structure consists of three operational divisions: Architecture & Planning, Engineering and Asset Management. These divisions are supported in their day-to-day operations by a supportive Corporate Services division.
