Sensory Skills Development The Aroma Academy is a global leader in the Training and Development of Sensory Skills for both Professionals and Enthusiasts - with a focus on the Drinks industry - via a series of Self-Learn Sensory Training Kits, Aroma Games and Training & Competency Programmes. The company counts many of the leading international drinks companies amongst its customer base and it is on a mission to promote the importance of Sensory Skills to drinks professionals and enthusiasts globally. Based on the premise that the vast majority of the flavour experience comes from the Sense of Smell, Aroma Academy has established itself as a leader in the training and development of the fundamental Sensory Aroma Recognition Skills vital for spirits, beers and wines production and appreciation. The Whisky Aroma Training Kit was the first product developed by the company and a range of “self- learn” Aroma Training Kits for Wine, Bourbon, Gin, Rum and Faults is also available – in addition to Aroma Recognition Skills Training Programmes (both online E-Learning & Classroom) and Sensory Competency/Proficiency Systems.
