Array Technologies Inc., established in 2000 and based in Glastonbury, CT is a small Engineering firm focusing on research and development in the Industrial Control, Printing, and Imaging fields. Array Technologies develops state-of-the-art solutions utilizing cutting-edge hardware, processors, interfaces and tools to bring new technologies to the Industrial Printing and Control markets. We are a licensed technology partner of Hewlett-Packard and Kyocera, Inc. and develop hardware and software products and controllers for various OEMs and dealers including Pitney-Bowes. Our partner companies brand or embed our products, then sell them to their own customers. In 2008 Array Technologies, Inc. acquired Rheological Solutions, Inc., and Think Ink, Inc., expanding its business operations further into the controller and consumables markets. These acquisitions allow consolidation and control of the vertical components of Array’s overall business proposition allowing us to leverage individual opportunities. Our business model is Intellectual Property based: low-volume, high-margin. Our value is delivering practical, cutting-edge technology solutions into historically low-tech environments - quickly and reliably. We develop almost all of our processor/controller boards in-house, as well as all levels of software - from that running on embedded processors, to device-drivers for Windows XP, to GUI application software.
