About Asphalt Pavement Association

The South Carolina Asphalt Pavement Association, "SCAPA," is a non-profit trade association dedicated to the promotion of asphalt pavement. Its membership is comprised of asphalt pavement producers and companies affiliated with the asphalt pavement industry in South Carolina. SCAPA participates in various research and educational programs to develop an even better product, new paving techniques and higher quality workmanship.
