About Aspire Social Work Services
Aspire has spent a decade working with vulnerable families across the UK to deliver social work services with honesty, integrity, and compassion. We work with families, Local Authorities & the Judiciary to offer a range of community based assessment and support services such as: COMMUNITY SUPPORT & ASSESSMENT: This intensive home based support and assessment is for families within Care Proceedings or at risk of breakdown. Our innovative approach means that we’re able to deploy small teams of specialist support workers into families’ homes, 24 hours a day. We offer tailored teaching and intervention services (all our team members are trained in Solihull approach and Graded Care Profile) as well as supervision of the child. This is especially effective for families in which a parent has a learning disability, difficulty or mental health problem and offers a unique and much more practical alternative to the more traditional residential assessments. INDEPENDENT SOCIAL WORK ASSESSMENTS: Our team of skilled and experienced independent social workers based across the UK can undertake a full range of social work assessments including parenting assessments, PAMS assessments, SGO, risk assessments, sibling assessments. All our work is quality assured and filed on time. We charge LAA rates. We also have the capacity to take assessments in pre birth or PLO. All our services are overseen by Aspire’s Director, Mark Sloman, who has over 20 years of frontline social work experience in both child protection/safeguarding & adult mental health service. Mark has spent a decade gathering a team of incredibly skilled and experienced social workers and support workers. Together, we are passionate about our services and focused on maintaining meaningful and constructive interventions and a strong reputation.
