About Attentus Consulting

Attentus Consulting was set up by Alicia Bailey in 2021. We identify global talent and recruit individuals who have real business and ethical impact supporting change, growth, transformation, sustainability and sometimes disruption! Attentus means mindful and a duty of care is taken over every search. We recruit across the disciplines of technology, product and marketing for tech enabled businesses. Search - we don’t or want to act as a preferred supplier but we support searches that are specialised, executive and niche. Outreach is a time consuming and laborious process, requiring that ‘no stone is unturned'. It also requires a senior level individual to manage an end-to end process. Growth - we understand the challenges of change, from the acorns of a cool product idea to the growing pains of business evolution. Growth is exciting but not risk free and a people agenda can make or break a business. Talent acquisition is a minefield; and having a flexible people partner ensures that a business has an expert in a world that can be daunting and full of potential pitfalls. Flexibility and global reach -We work with bespoke fee packages or daily rates that allows us to think beyond the benefits of individual placements. Demand for talent is high and we have the infrastructure to recruit global remote teams and the capacity to recruit across borders, bolstered by our knowledge of international legislation. We only work with brands that we believe in, if a business does not align with our values, we will politely decline the business opportunity. We will be available, open and transparent; we may challenge, debate and negotiate but we will always have your best interests at heart.
