The Austin Area Research Organization (AARO) is a non-partisan nonprofit organization that builds on the savvy and brainpower of 100 leaders from the Central Texas region of Travis, Williamson, Hays, Caldwell, Bastrop and Burnet counties. Membership is drawn from every sector of the economy, including high-tech industry and manufacturing, real estate, finance, health care, professional firms, the arts, education and charitable groups.
