About Axess Financial Services

Axess Financial Services are an Independent residential and commercial loan advisor regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA) to provide advise on regulated mortgage, short and long term business finance and equity release. The business was established in 2000. As an independent broker the company mainly transacts business with the general public including HNW clients and SMEs. Business has grown organically over the years being able to build loyalty within our customer base with our guiding principle of treating customers fairly. The main areas of busines. - Whole of market residential and investment property mortgages, development finance, second charges, bridging finance, crowd funding and equity release lifetime mortgages. Axess is also involved in many areas of training related to financial services and long term employment. We run regular courses on Chartered Insurance Institute's financial and mortgage examinations for those looking to enter the regulated retail financial services industry in the UK as mortgage brokers or independent financial advisers. We also work closely with Croydon Voluntary Action Resource Centre (CVA or www.cvalive.org.uk) a charity and a not-for-profit organisation where we run many accountancy related training and employability training. Currently these include book keeping, credit control, business set up, VAT, self assessment and Sage software. Soon we expect to provide AAT training through the CVA centre. As part of our community involvement we also provide a free debt advice service to the low incomed and unemployed at the CVA centre.
