About AxisMED

AxisMED is a pre-incubator designed to help students explore innovation opportunities in healthcare. AxisMED is growing a community of Carle Illinois College of Medicine and University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign students that are passionate about bridging the gap between medicine, engineering, and business. Our community functions as a resource for students to build interdisciplinary teams and provides a forum for brainstorming and case study discussions that showcase how science, engineering, business, law, and healthcare management factor into creating a medical product.
