About Axistence: Training for a Life of Adventure
We are an Academy for Adventure. Built upon our core values of Adventure, Community, and Education, we assist individuals and families with the pursuit of living an Active Existence. When it comes to fitness, there are hundreds of ways to get into shape. All of the fitness systems, from Crossfit to MovNat and Kettle-bells to TRX, have been proven to have areas of success. We take the best of each and design a program based upon seasonal and personal adventures. Whether it is to hike a 14er on the weekend, to backpack through Nepal, or to chase after your children through the creek, we believe your fitness program should prepare you for whatever adventure awaits you in the future. We forge adventure athletes. We teach not only fitness classes and discuss nutrition, but also hold specialty outdoor skills training such as land navigation, backpacking, and wilderness survival.
