Barca Company, Inc. is a newly formed full service certified public accounting and business consulting firm that was created with the closely held private company in mind. Consistent with today’s economic and technological environment, Barca Company provides a fee sensitive alternative to larger firms without sacrificing product or service quality. We provide a high level of technical skills and expertise in accounting, auditing, income tax, internal controls, financing negotiations, business and management consulting to our clients. We use of the same laptops, internet, accounting / income tax programs, and technical research tools that the large firms use. What we don’t provide is an expensive office and the overhead structure associated with it. We have taken advantage of modern technology and have opted to use a virtual office model and fact that we like to go see our clients far more than sitting in an office. In short, we provide a wide range of personalized services offered by other firms but pass through lower fees to our clients due to the lower overhead expenses.
