Bill and Deanna Dontsios, a passionate husband and wife team, will head up Barry Plant Epping, playing vital leadership roles as the office kicks off a new era. With a stint leading Barry Plant Coburg, Mr Dontsios is familiar with the Barry Plant brand, and following a break from the industry and a short stint operating an independent agency, the familiarity offered by the network proved a major drawing card for him and his wife. “We wanted to be part of a group that was a known brand in the marketplace,” Mr Dontsios explained, adding “our belief systems aligned”. He revealed the attraction to return to real estate, and to take charge of the Epping outfit, was born from a “passion for helping people with their biggest investments, and a commitment to inject integrity into the market”. “For us, it’s not about counting the number of houses we sell, but about the positive impact we can make on our community, particularly to those in need,” Mrs Dontsios added.
