The average age of farmers is getting higher globally. The lack of younger professionals in the industry puts agriculture at a greater risk. To build a sustainable future with young and skilled talents ready to take on the fast-developing and innovative world we live in today, BeCourse Group is partnering with global agencies and placement companies to offer these opportunities. These talents are found in Kenya among other parts of the world, and yet their entry through European borders and introduction to European practices tend to be complicated. Our mission is to partner with placement agencies and institutions that will relieve these complications and facilitate the implementation of university/college acquired knowledge by motivated and competent students ready to test their skills in practice. Graduates from these internships will not only better themselves careerwise but also their families and communities at large. We partner with agencies who will be a bridge between trainees and employers, filling the gaps and supporting employment needs across not only Agriculture, but also Hospitality & Food Science & Technology industries.
