Watch Your Speed - Emphasizing safe driving practices to reduce risks during pursuits or responses. WIN: What’s Important Now? - Encouraging officers to prioritize decision-making in high-stress situations. Remember: Complacency Kills - Reinforcing the importance of remaining vigilant and proactive in all aspects of duty. Below 100 began in 2010 as an idea shared among law enforcement trainers and writers at the International Law Enforcement Educators and Trainers Association (ILEETA). It grew into a worldwide movement with thousands of trainers delivering its message to agencies across the globe. The program seeks to save lives by influencing training, policies, and everyday practices in law enforcement.
