Staffing and Permanent Placements and Direct Hire. I consider myself "industry agnostic" and while I have had the pleasure of placing professionals across numerous verticals, I have a traditional focus in Accounting and Finance. I reside in Texas, but work across the US, having access and pulling candidates from both a nation and world-wide database, so while I am boutique in structure, I have the outreach and experience of a larger firm. I pride myself in being a boutique search firm. I feel this allows me the ability to be extremely hands-on with my clients because without them and my ability to produce top-notch results, I would cease to exist. I am consultative rather than transactional. I truly take the time to know my clients, as I understand I am not only selling a position, but also the reputation of a company. I will NOT throw candidates at a role to see if they "stick." I take time to tailor a search process to fit the process and culture of my clients. I have a multi-step vetting process to best learn about my candidates and to ensure that I am presenting a long-term fit; and I prefer to present my top 3 candidates to a client, unless otherwise specified. I will vet out credentials, education, skillset, industry experience, personality, reference checks, background checks, tenure, etc. Benton Management Solutions works on a contingent basis, which means you do not owe me a fee unless you decide to hire one of my candidates and I am happy to work alongside your own internal search efforts with a FAIR fee and guarantee.
