About Beote Construction

Conor Beote grew up in North Yarmouth, Maine in a construction family practicing general carpentry from start to finish. Projects included additions and renovations with his father during summers and holidays. He went on to earn degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Wentworth Institute of Technology and a Master’s in Engineering Management from Tuft’s Gordon Institute in Boston, MA. He and his wife now live in Merrimack, NH. Before founding Beote Construction in 2017 Conor was a construction manager for Red Oak Apartment Homes where he oversaw new construction projects including: • A $2 million- six duplex subdivision in Boscawen, NH. • Building of a Custom single-family home in Merrimack, NH • A $20 million multifamily development in Milford, NH including 108 apartments and 12 townhomes. After College, Conor worked for General Electric in the Boston area as a development engineer. While with GE in increasing roles and responsibilities he grew his critical thinking skills, innovation capabilities, team work and leadership skills. From these experiences he has grown into a successful project manager. From his engineering background Conor is always looking at new technologies to save time and cost. He is very interested in smart home and energy saving techniques and has built many of these features into his own home. He continues to explore these ideas and practices and is always willing to talk about incorporating them into new construction projects.
