Beyond Borders Imports is a global furniture company that ships internationally to the United States, Australia, Europe… yet it started with small town roots in the Southern US State of Louisiana. Our journey began in the US in 2008 when we ventured overseas to stock our retail furniture store with beautiful, globally-inspired furniture. It wasn’t long before we realized our passion for the manufacturing business…that we liked designing and making our own furniture, taking classic designs and reinventing them. It was then that Beyond Borders Imports was born. We soon discovered that BBI was not just for us, but for people everywhere. To expand our factory, to grow our product line, to evolve our designs was a natural progression of this small family business into an international company. From bayou to Bali, we have the best of both worlds. We have the influence of the southern coastal town where our warehouse resides … added to the beautiful inspiration of the Indonesian culture and their artisanal skills as furniture makers.
